Where Should You Stay in Bali?

Before reading about the best hotels in Bali, I think the main question you want answered is, “What is the best area in Bali?”. Of course, that all depends on your own taste – if you want to stay in the jungle and be right around the action – Ubud. If you’re young and you’re looking for more of a party scene and to be near the beach – Canggu. And if you’re looking for something more quiet, you might find Uluwatu enchanting. You really can’t go wrong and in each hotel that I listed I made sure to share what neighborhood the hotel is located in so you know where you’ll be staying before you book.

Nirjhara
25 rooms | Neighborhood: Tabanan
Nirjhara is one of my all time favorite hotels I’ve ever stay at (you can ready why here!). Set in a jungle-like setting, Nirjhara feels private, exclusive, and luxurious. Perhaps my favorite part of the hotel wasn’t that the every staff member referred to me by name, or the delicious cocktails (especially the strawberry cookies), or even the gorgeous suites; but instead it was the attention to detail. Everything, all the time, was perfect. The temperature of the pool, the cleanliness of the property, the snacks served with your cocktails, the cinema where you could watch movies, the sound of the waterfall behind the property; Nirjhara was incredible – I highly recommend it.
